Terry was amazing. He provided us with cool hand towels which refreshed us after our trip in from Belize City which was a very nice touch. Terry then demonstrated the features of our cart and then answered all of our questions about what to expect, where to eat, and possible things to do on Ambergris Caye. He was in no hurry even though it was getting dark outside, making sure all of our questions and concerns were satisfied. Our cabin was over the bridge on the north side of the island. He had us follow him there so we would not get lost. Turning the cart in was equally outstanding. Terry met us at the appointed time at the airport terminal with his ever-present smile and great attitude. We would definitely use his carts again.
